Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with MushAnd. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how we handle returns:
• Return window: You can return any unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
• Opened products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
• Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. (Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.)
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
• Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns of items sent back without contacting us first, or products returned after the 30‑day period.
• Purchase verification: Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from mushand.co. If you purchased MushAnd products through another retailer or platform (e.g. Amazon, a stockist, or event), please contact them directly for returns or refunds.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
How to start a return

2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back — once we receive it, we'll process your refund promptly.
